This is in support of Rachel Pugia. We flew into town and had a week to find a house as our house in another state was already under contract. Not only did she clear much of her schedule, she found houses worth looking at, and then refined parameters until we zeroed in on a great property. She advised us well about areas, about financing and even recommended good services to use. The house was shown to us a couple of days before it hit the market and she advised us that there would be multiple offers after the weekend open house (there were) and we managed to secure it (while also having a backup, just in case). We then arranged financing and flew out and drove back a month later. She did a great job for us and I'm sure she would do equally as well for anyone else. Friendly, easy to work with, takes care of the details and great advice if you ask for it. I would certainly recommend her and use her again.
